Available Shipping Methods

All orders at theschill.com are shipped out via USPS at our special flat rate of $4.95. We also offer UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air. Smaller items may ship via USPS Priority (2-3 business days).

How Fast Will My Order Ship?

Here at the schill.com we understand how excited you are to be getting your custom made garments as quickly as possible. Because we make each piece by hand your order will ship within one to three weeks unless otherwise noted.

How to Place an Order

If you have any questions about the checkout process or would like to place your order over the phone please give us a call: 1-480-570-8210
To place an order on theschill.com;

• Browse the product page
• Choose your silhouette
• Select your tie-dye color
• Pick your personal design
• Click “Add to cart”
• Add as many items that you want to your bag
• When your bag is full click the “Check Out” button
• If you are not already signed in, you will be prompted to do so (if you have not yet created an account you will be prompted to the “Create New Account” button and follow the instructions.

Changing/Cancelling an Order

Custom orders may be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. All orders will be shipped within one to three weeks of the day they are placed. Please allow for the customization of your order and shipping. To make any change to an order please contact us within 24 hours by email @ customerservice@theschill.com or by calling 1-480-570-8210.
